Disaster restoration services, namely, cleaning, restoration involved in fire, flooding, weather events, namely, tornadoes and hurricanes where there is mold and damage caused to buildings and damaged contents and personal property, reconstruction as a result of fire, smoke, flooding, and mold, water mitigation and sewage floods which occur when a levy breaks and there is flooding that flows through the surrounding geographic area where the broken levy is located
