This is a positive customer response system It entails the customer receiving a business card with a penny attached to it On the card is a question pertaining to the service they received while they were in a store/restaurant Nearby there will be a penny candy machine with different dividers The customer places the penny in the slot they feel the business deserves Eg, The question is "Did your food taste fresh?" They take their penny and place it in either the "Yes" or "No" slot
