This is an application for a Service Mark. The Business and Consumer Concierge Service concept is outlined in the following paragraphs. A NexUs is a general business networking referral service that provides concierge services to both business owners and consumers. Generally we promote the goods and services of others by passing business referrals directly to the consumer. We serve as a connection between business and the consumer. The uniqueness of this concept is twofold. First, as the Business Concierge, A NexUs provides the following services to business owners: development of business description, logos and slogan to be used as a marketing tools; assistance with email account setup; person to person as well as web based advertisement to the customer base; website design; and lastly, promotion of sales and specials. Additionally we will provide market research, customer satisfaction information, and general feedback to business owners. Secondly, as the consumer's concierge, this referral service that it will enable consumers to quickly and conveniently make purchasing and patronage decisions by referring consumers to service providers that meet their stated specific needs, location, price range, method of payment and availability by means of the telecommunication and internet.
