The application was mistakenly submitted under Class 016 for "printed children's books," but it was intended to cover services related to a cartoon character, which fall under Class 045. The error was realized shortly after submission. I understand that amendments cannot broaden the scope of goods/services, but I am submitting this request in the hope that it may be accepted to change classication given the short time since filing and the nature of the error.
