Promoting public awareness of voting rights by means of public nonpartisan advocacy; providing information about voting rights and voter registration; providing information in the nature of state-by-state analysis of voter identification requirements; providing a website featuring information about voting rights for voters and for volunteers working to ensure one person one vote and fair elections; organizing voter registration drives; building voting coalitions, namely, developing, organizing and coordinating volunteer activities aimed at increasing election participation, identifying impediments to voter registration and getting people to the polls
