Plant-based foods, namely, burger patties, jerky, sausages and crumbles made from burger patties; food products containing hemp, namely, burger patties, jerky, sausages, and crumbles made from burger patties; vegan burger patties containing hemp; jerky containing hemp; sausage containing hemp; hemp crumbles, namely, crumbled vegan burger patties containing hemp; all of the following containing hemp that contains less than .3% THC on a dry weight basis and not containing CBD (or alternatively, containing only trace amounts of CBD); all the foregoing not including any goods noncompliant with U.S. federal law
