Educational services, namely, providing kindergarten through middle school classroom instruction and developing curriculum for educators and teachers; charitable services, namely, operation of a school and academic mentoring of school age children; children and youth education programs, namely, providing after school, summer school and weekend educational programs for children in grades K-8; education programs featuring classes, activities and social events relating to Native American culture, heritage, religion and language; organization of events for cultural purposes; language instruction in Native American tribal languages; providing a website featuring information and content related to Native American tribal languages, heritage, and culture; providing art, music and physical education classes; and organizing cultural events
