Pharmaceuticals, namely, over-the-counter (OTC) topical analgesics; all of the foregoing formulated in compliance with applicable OTC drug monographs with any CBD contained therein being a cosmetic inactive ingredient and derived solely from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis dry weight basis
