financial, investment and investment management services, namely, investment advisory services, investment management, real estate investment trust, investment and financial analysis; underwriting, advisory, and broker dealer financial services with respect to mortgages, mortgage backed securities, direct or indirect interests in mortgage-related securities, real estate, and real estate-related investments
