Educational services, namely, developing, arranging, and conducting educational programs in conjunction with community, parents, and teachers in the field of K-12 education to improve academic achievements; charitable services, namely, providing educational resources in the nature of supplemental instruction during school hours, after-school and summer programs, mentoring programs and providing the instructional supplies to implement such resources, to K-12 students in schools not reaching 100% proficiency in the key academic subjects of math, reading, writing, science and social science; education services, namely, providing tutoring services, academic enrichment programs in the form of hands-on experiences, community speakers, project-based learning opportunities, supplemental instruction, and individual and small group academic intervention, provided in conjunction with community, parents, and teachers in the field of K-12 education to improve their academic achievements
