Lending and financing services, namely, commercial financing and loan services and commercial equipment financing services provided to dealers in connection with the purchase of personal mobility products, namely, power chairs, scooters, lift chairs, wheel chairs and lifts and ramps therefor, for re-sale or lease to elderly, infirm and disabled persons
