Educational services, namely, public lectures, discussion seminars, and region-wide meetings regarding the economic, cultural and natural health of the lakes, forests and communities on the Ontario/Minnesota border; guided tours of historic sites; recreational services in the nature of horseback riding facilities, hiking, bicycling, nature walks, canoeing, kayaking that promote the economic, cultural and natural health of the lakes, forests and communities on the Ontario/Minnesota border; programs in the nature of field trips and training workshops that promote the economic, cultural and natural health of the lakes, forests and communities on the Ontario/Minnesota border, and distributing training material in the nature of educational maps, news articles and press releases in connection therewith
