Providing sign language interpretation for deaf people attending liturgies and events in connection with ministerial services; libraries containing books, printed and Brailled religious curricula and audio and video tapes and electronic equipment for use by persons with disabilities in connection with programs, schools, and retreats provided in connection with ministerial services; identifying, recruiting and training lay volunteers to assist parishes and missions of the archdiocese in providing orientation, mobility and accessibility services to disabled individuals; providing training to archdiocesan pastors and personnel concerning architectural accessibility for disabled persons; conducting training classes for lay volunteers for the parishes and missions of the archdiocese to provide guide services, orientation and mobility services for disabled individuals and to assist in the coordination and provision of programs for disabled individuals

Ministerial services provided to individuals who are hearing disabled, vision disabled, intellectually disabled, specific learning disabled and mobility disabled and to individuals who are frail elderly and those with chronic illnesses, namely, ascertaining for the archbishop the social, educational, faith formation, and advocacy needs of people with disabilities within the archdiocese; ministerial services, namely, working with pastors, parish personnel, schools, staff offices, and agencies of the archdiocese to plan for the full inclusion of persons with disabilities in all activities
