Association services, namely, a grassroots organization that promotes public awareness and individual participation regarding policy and legislative issues concerning the issue of alternative energy sources and the reduction of fossil fuel consumption and dependence on foreign oil, that distributes newsletters, e-mail, faxes, and other written communications, makes phone calls, contacts government officials and encourages participants to take action to help shape public policy and legislation concerning alternative energy sources, second generation non-foods feedstocks biodiesels and advanced biofuels, and the reduction of fossil fuel consumption and the dependence on foreign oil, and that provides information to members and the public at large regarding policies and legislation relating to such alternative energy sources, and the reduction on foreign oil dependence and fossil fuel consumption
