Providing educational services, namely, providing career counseling and vocational guidance, classes, seminars, workshops and training related to tribal history, tradition, literacy, language, culture, health, fitness and nutrition; entertainment services in the nature of various tribal functions, namely, running museums, organizing cultural events, tribal festivals, organizing community festivals featuring a variety of activities, namely, art exhibitions, heritage markets, tribal dances and food tastings

Providing housing services, namely, day care centers, elder care, public housing services, emergency shelter services, and temporary housing services; child and indigent welfare services, namely, providing housing for at risk individuals

Providing tribal government services, namely, legal services and consultation, police and civil protection services, and administration of tribal courts
