Personal and social services rendered by others to meet the needs of individuals, namely, ministerial services; pastoral counseling in the field of personal spirituality; conducting religious services; personal growth and motivation counseling services in the nature of providing spiritual and personal support; marriage and family enrichment counseling; ; ministerial services, namely, holding spiritual retreats to assist religious leaders, both clergy and lay, to develop and enhance their spiritual lives; charitable services, namely, organizing youth groups to undertake projects to benefit the needy and the community to encourage leadership, character, compassion, and good citizenship; and providing on-line information in the field of spirituality, self-help, and personal empowerment subject matters
