telecommunication services, namely, conferencing services that enable multiple-user communication in real time with access to exchange information, whether voice, data, facsimile, cross media messaging, video, audio, and documents via computer, facsimile, telephonic, global computer information network or internal computer networks and with the ability to initiate such services via telephone, computer and global computer information network
