Educational and training services for persons with one or more disabilities and their families, primarily persons with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities, namely, training persons to perform, and assisting in performing, routine daily life functions; vocational training in the fields of supported employment opportunities, bench assembly and packaging, porter maintenance and messenger services; arranging social and recreational activities for persons with one or more disabilities and their families in the nature of field trips, sports events, shopping trips, overnight excursions and cultural activities; evaluation and assessment of functional level, namely, educational testing

Evaluation and assessment of functional level, namely, testing to determine employment skills; psychological testing, psychological and psychosocial testing, psychiatric consultation; speech, physical and occupational therapy; psychological and psychosocial individual and group counseling; and residential services, namely, providing supervised and independent community living facilities
