Child and family welfare services, namely, foster care services, adoption services, shelter services, independent and transitional living services, child day care services, child abuse prevention and treatment services, counseling, coordinating and providing therapy and advocacy services; and information services in the field of child and family welfare, namely, disseminating information related to the foregoing services
