shareholder services, namely, maintaining shareholders accounts; stock option processing and record keeping; restricted securities processing and record keeping; stock purchase and dividend reinvestment plan administration, all for others; direct mailing and proxy solicitations to equity security holders and sorting, handling and receiving of said mailings and solicitations, providing information relating to ownership of securities to issuers of securities, all for others; providing facilities for annual shareholders meeting; organizing and conducting annual shareholders meetings for others; providing advice and assistance in connection with annual meetings
