removal of wildlife and nests from residential, commercial and industrial buildings, and installation of devices, namely, chimney caps, one way doors, vent covers, electric fences, skunk rods, bird netting and screens, to prevent access by wildlife to residential, commercial and industrial buildings and repairs to such buildings where intrusion has occurred
