organizing, sponsoring, and conducting athletic competitions and associated activities as well as ceremonial festivities related thereto for the mentally retarded; educational services; namely, conducting exhibitions, clinics, classes, and seminars for the mentally retarded as well as training volunteers, coaches, and officials to conduct such competitions, ceremonies and associated activities for the mentally retarded; entertainment services; namely, the production of motion pictures, radio, and television programs of the competitions and associated activities as well as the ceremonial festivities related thereto
