Development of community awareness, namely, organizing and conducting volunteer programs, community outreach projects, and media campaigns aimed at promoting public awareness of women veteran issues and increasing support, awareness, and the morale of women veterans and women members of the Department of Defense

Charitable services, namely, providing and facilitating charitable fund raising services to benefit women veterans and women members of the Department of Defense; Social services, namely, providing and facilitating financial assistance to meet the physical, psychological, social and other special needs of women veterans and women members of the Department of Defense

Educational services, namely, providing classes, seminars, and workshops in the fields of employment opportunities, housing, health, behavioral health, mental health care, and family and community reintegration to women veterans and women members of the Department of Defense
