Emergency shelter services, namely, providing temporary housing for children in the foster care system

Foster care services, namely, providing care and supervision of children removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect or abandonment; counseling services in the fields of foster care and family support services; and providing a family style home for foster children not able to cope in a normal foster home setting, but not needing an institutional group home setting
