Monitoring and reporting the driving activities of teenagers to subscribing members, namely, providing a registration service for teen-age drivers of automobiles, who will display a bumper sticker on their vehicles, and providing a telephone call-in service whereby persons who observe registered drivers driving improperly may call to report the improper behavior to the service, which will then notify the family of the registered driver(s)
