Educational services, namely, classes, seminars, courses and workshops in the field of international political, economic, social and cultural relations, promoting public awareness of the conditions caused by the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001 and other past and future natural or civil disasters and the relief efforts needed to improve or memorialize such conditions; organizing community events for people who have been affected by the attacks on September 11, 2001
